JHARCLUB – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JHARCLUB – Jharkhand ka apna Social Media.
Our mission is to build a positive, safe, diverse, and creative community where creators can express themselves responsibly.
By using JHARCLUB, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, restrictions, or permanent account disablement.

1. Content Upload Rules

1.1 Upload Limits

• Video Upload Limit: Up to 100 MB.
• Video Format: MP4 only.
• Photo Upload Limit: Up to 5 MB per image.
• For Longer Videos: Paste Youtube Video link.

1.3 Original Content Only

• Upload only your own content.
• Do NOT upload other users’ content, copied content, or content you do not own.
• Violation will lead to account disablement.

1.4 No Repeated/Recycled Content

• Do not re-upload the same video or image repeatedly.
• Avoid spam or repetitive posts that degrade user experience.

2. Safety & Integrity Standards

2.1 No Adult or Sexual Content

Strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, pornography, sexual acts or services.
• Sexual exploitation or solicitation.

2.2 No Misleading or False Information

• Do not post fake news, misinformation, manipulated media, or misleading content.
• Content intended to deceive or scam users will be removed and the account disabled.

2.3 No Hate, Violence, Terrorism or Crime

You may not:

• Promote, support, praise, or represent terrorist organizations, hate groups, or criminal activity.
• Encourage violence, discrimination, or harmful ideologies against individuals or groups based on:
• religion
• caste
• gender
• ethnicity
• sexual orientation
• disability
• nationality
• or any other protected characteristic.

2.4 No Illegal Transactions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Buying/selling non-medical drugs, pharmaceutical drugs, or coordination of drug use.
• Buying/selling firearms, alcohol, tobacco products between private individuals.
• Offering or requesting sexual services.
• Buying/selling live animals between private individuals.
• Poaching, trading of endangered species or their parts.

2.5 Personal Harassment & Abuse

Not allowed:

• Targeted harassment or bullying.
• Content meant to shame, insult, or degrade private individuals.
• Posting someone’s personal information (doxxing) to blackmail, harass, or threaten them.
• Repeated unwanted messages.

Constructive or critical discussion about public figures is generally allowed if it does not involve hate or threats.

2.6 Threats & Public Safety

• No credible threats of physical harm, violence, theft, vandalism, or financial harm.
• Any serious threats to public or personal safety will result in immediate action.

2.7 Self-Harm Content

• Do not glorify or encourage self-injury or suicide.
• Supportive or recovery-focused discussions are allowed and encouraged.

3. Monetization & Verification

To qualify for monetization:

• Your account must be verified according to JHARCLUB’s verification standards.
• You must follow all community guidelines strictly.
• Violations may remove monetization eligibility.

4. Community Behavior Expectations

Help us maintain a healthy, inspiring environment:

• Respect other creators.
• Promote Each other, Specially Creators.
• Use appropriate language and follow cultural sensitivity.
• Do not promote toxic, hateful, or harmful behavior.
• Engage constructively and keep the platform welcoming for everyone.

5. Enforcement & Penalties

Depending on the severity, violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary posting restrictions
• Feature limitations
• Monetization removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent account disablement

JHARCLUB may take action without prior notice if user safety or legal compliance is at risk.

6. Help Keep JHARCLUB Safe

You can report:

• Harmful content
• Suspicious activity
• Violations of these guidelines

Our team will review reports carefully and act accordingly.

7. To get Verified Blue tick and Badge

JharClub Verified Blue tick and Badge – Eligibility Rules

A. This is Applicable for those Creators  and Businesses, who is fulfilling the first below criteria.

1.         ✔️ Profile 100% complete
2.         ✔️ Real name / brand name (no fake IDs)
3.         ✔️ Clear profile photo / logo
4.         ✔️ Minimum 10 original posts
5.         ✔️ No policy violations (last 30 days)
6.         ✔️ Jharkhand relevance preferred
7.         ✔️ Account age minimum 15 days

No Fake followers
No Re-uploaded stolen content
No Spam activity

→ Auto rejection

Additional criteria:

•           Minimum 10 quality original posts
•           Consistent posting (at least 2 posts/week)
•           Audience interaction (likes/comments)
•           No misleading / harmful content

For Businesses:

•           Business details clearly mentioned
•           Valid contact info (phone/email)
•           Business-related content only
•           No fake offers / scam promotions

B. You need to Understand Creator Blue tick and Badge = Responsibility towards audience

You need :

• To follow JHARCLUB’S Community Guidelines.

Our team will review reports carefully and act accordingly.

C. Verified Membership (After Eligibility Approval)

Once eligibility is approved:

•           User may activate Verified Membership (Paid)
•           Subscription is Weekly / Monthly
•           Badge remains active only while subscription + compliance continues

❌ Badge is not permanent

D. Badge Suspension & Revocation Policy

Badge can be suspended or removed if:

•           Fake engagement detected
•           Policy violations occur
•           Misuse of trust badge
•           Complaints from users found valid
•           Content harms kids / youth / society

📌 Decision of JharClub moderation team will be final.

E. Re-Application Rules

•           Re-apply allowed after 30 days of rejection
•           Issues must be corrected before re-applying

F. Final Authority

JharClub reserves the right to:

•           Approve / reject any badge
•           Change eligibility rules anytime
•           Suspend verification without refund in case of misuse

•           Positive social impact

Verification is not a right, it is a responsibility.
